Iran holds cultural week in Netherlands
EghtesadOnline: Iran’s cultural week was inaugurated in Iran-Netherlands Trade and Cultural Center (INTCC) in Leiderdorp in the Netherlands.
Such cultural activities can lead to get both Iranian and Dutch nations closer to each other, said Laila Driessen-Jansen, the mayor of Leiderdorp, stressing upon the role of art and culture as a connecting bridge of nations.
Ali Reza Jahangiri, the Iranian Ambassador to the Netherlands and Laila Driessen-Jansen, the mayor of Leiderdorp were present as the special guests on the inauguration ceremony, IRNA reported.
Several programs will be held on the event and the cultural week continues up to April 19 in INTCC.
